Hi,

First, thank you for your help.

We have a user who was assigned one of 4 seats for the business pro esignature license. The user is now closed as they left our organization. 

how can we assign their seat to another user? Thank you in advance.

Thanks for your post on our Community!

You just need to close those users first, and then create the new users. Be sure to only have a maximum of 4 active users to avoid extra charges. 😊

Make sure the account is closed for the user. Once the account is closed, a seat will free up. Make sure that all accounts are closed for the user, especially external ones.
