We have been exploring DocuSign’s eSignature (Embedded Signing and Embedded Sending) and the APIs are integrated with our product (note that the product is developed using C#, Asp.Net, MVC technologies).

It fulfills much of our requirements, but due to security concern we cannot allow our documents to be available outside the network.

We want following features but with on-premises hosting:

a.            On-premises signing. Documents must not be available outside our network.

b.            Any authorized system user should be able to raise signing request on a document with multiple recipients.

c.             We want document to be signed using eSignature (NOT the digital signature).

d.            Tagging (where recipient must sign the document).

e.            Routing (order in which recipients should sign the document).

f.             Reminders and notifications.

g.            Tracking Document Status (Completed, Rejected, Awaiting Sign, Certification of Completion).

Please let me know if DocuSign eSignature can be hosted in our network and should be integrated with our product.
