I am sending envelopes to a large block of clients. I am having a non-deliverable issue with comcast.net email addresses. Even in the same envelope with multiple comcast addresses (all of which are good working addresses) some will go through and others will fail.

I sent a client this morning it worked. I sent another envelope later to the same comcast.net email address and I get a failure delivery.

Does anyone have any idea what is causing this and is there anything I can do to fix it?

(this is my first time using Docusign.)

Can you send me a private DM with an envelope ID of one that was sent but failed delivery?: Locate a Docusign envelope ID

I have had the same problem. If we could please get this resolved as it is vital to business that would be great. This wasn’t an issue until last Thursday/Friday. Is there a work around for this or is comcast.net just blocking docusign emails?

We have been having this issue since Thursday, 11/7/24. We get the same non deliverable message. Is there a workaround or is this being worked on? When will this be fixed?

Hello @ramosrobert, @ijohnson and @mhewey  ,

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

After some research, we discovered that we received the same reports from other clients about Comcast email issue.
Our Engineers took action and identified that the issue is Comcast apparently put our email on their block list and there isn't much we can do from our side. However, they are in close contact with Comcast. As the issue is on Comcast's side, we recommend you contact them for a much faster resolution.
I recommend the recipient use an alternative email address as a workaround until Comcast fixes this or the recipients can try to whitelist all Docusign domains and email on their email settings by following the below steps:
1. How to Whitelist Email Addresses on Comcast - The Tech Edvocate

2. Add the following email addresses as Safe Senders (aka Trusted Senders) your email client. Please allow list the following Docusign system sending email addresses:

        dse@docusign.net
        dse_demo@docusign.net
        dse_na2@docusign.net
        dse_na3@docusign.net
        dse_na4@docusign.net
        dse@eumail.docusign.net
        dse@camail.docusign.net
        dse@aumail.docusign.net
        dse@fedmail.docusign.net
