Hey there,

First off, I’m a bit frustrated because I paid the full business monthly pro membership so I could get full support with this problem, but it still says I am not eligible to open a case?

 

MAIN PROBLEM

Anyway, that’s a separate problem from the main problem. I have a super important doc. I need to sign and the sender sent it as a link in an email. 

I click the link and it takes me to a quick sign page where I enter a code which was provided by the sender. 

I enter the code and it takes me to a page where the doc is blurred out and over the doc it says this.”Online document editing is available only with Pro subscription. DOWNLOAD OFFLINE.” 

Even though I have purchased a full pro account, I am unable to log into it on this particular page. Nor am I able to log into it before clicking this link in the email. 

When I click download to work off-line it, downloads the ‘.msi’ file but there is no program to open that with. 

 

I tried to import it into the app on both an ipad and iphone and it didn’t work. 

 

I've tried to open it in three different browsers on my MacBook Pro and none of them worked either. I am completely frustrated and out of options and have no way to contact DocuSign. Ugh.

Anyone have any ideas of next steps for me?

I’m sorry to hear about the unfortunate events.

Regarding the case creation, sometimes when a user upgrades and tries to create a case right after it will deny it because the system hasn’t updated. You should be able to open a case now, please let me know if that is not the happening.

Regarding your main problem, can you provide the envelope ID?: Locate a Docusign envelope ID

Or maybe a screenshot for a better understanding?

Turns out it was a scam and they sent a fake docusign link. Sorry for this. Don’t know how to delete this thread.
