Possible Fraud

I received an email that there might be possible fraud on my account.  I signed into my account through that email., but there was not a document for me to review and sign.  I am not sure if my account was compromised or not.

 

I just wanted to give you a heads up.

This is the email I received.  I did not make any transaction for this company or amount.
