Phone Number Invalid on SMS Verification, help ASAP

i have tried numerous format such as 

(xxx) xxxx-xxxx

xxx-xxxx-xxxx

xxxxxxxxxxx

xxx xxxx-xxxx

xxx xxxx xxxx

 

then checking the validity of my phone number (in which it is valid) , using another phone number, another device, different wifi, creating brand new email account, all to no avail. please help to solve this as soon as possible. thank you

Having the same issue
tried also all formats, in my case it does not work for Poland +48, however, works for other regions

Hello! I have the same issue when trying to register new account. I tried Russian, Kazakstan, Serbian phone numbers which I have but got “invalid phone number” error. I entered phone numbers without any special symbols or spaces, just numbers. Only one number that is “valid” - my old Cyprus phone number which is disabled. So, I can’t register new account. Please check it, because it looks like something broken or you do not support Russian, Kazakstan, Serbian phone numbers at all.

I am from Bangladesh and I faced the same issue. can’t to verify my mobile number which is +880*******. its shows that invalid number.
so what can i do now?

Same here from +62. I’ve tried creating new personal account to send and sign an envelope. Tried to write the number with various formats as mention above but didn’t work at all. Any help?

To confirm is this for the creation o a new account?

Please try the below troubleshooting:

  • Clear cache/cookies
  • Try a different browser(s)
  • Try an Incognito window
  • Try a different device
  • Try a different Internet network, such as on a mobile device using data with Wi-Fi disabled.
  • Try using a VPN, or if you are on one already, disconnect from the VPN and try again.

Thank you for the advice. Yes, this is for creating new account.

I’ve already tried these:

  • Clear caches & cookies
  • Tried using 4 different browser and their incognito windows
  • Tried using 2 different PC and 2 different mobile phone
  • Tried using 2 different wi-fi network & 2 mobile network
  • Tried using 2 VPN provider with different countries

But unfortunately, it still didn’t work. I also tried to write a random number with different country code, but only India’s code (+91) that work with 10 digits phone number.

Any idea of what should i do? I try to make a case through docusign support, but failed to do so because i don’t quite understand the steps to make it.
