Pending/missing signature

I have envelope with a pending signature, but under “form data” there is a time stamp for the signature that appears as missing in the dashboard. Any suggestions?

@taymaywelch - That is normal behavior. That means that the signer on that pending signature has viewed the document but has not signed yet. Because the date signed has been used when they viewed the envelope, it will display as a time stamp. That time stamp will update once the signer completes the signing event.
