Trying to get a document from 2020- How can I do that?

If this is a document you sent from your account - you can search under sent/completed - make sure you change the date filter from the default (6 months) to “custom” and change the year to 2020
if this was something sent to you - you should be able to access it by the email sent to you or by requesting the original sender to ‘resend’ a copy.
