I can’t seem to locate a number or email to fix issues I’m experiencing with my mobile app.  Do they have one?

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form.

this isn’t helpful.  it’s not a form to fill out.  it’s an AI generated webpage that shows me videos that are not relevant.  how do I actually get a human to respond?  does anyone have an email address?

Creating a new support case is the only available option to get in touch with our support team. Once you have followed the link, you will want to pick “Open a case” from the options on the screen, in order to move forward to the case creation form.
