I have subscribed to the eSignature Standards package and the package will be renewed on 19 Sept 2024. I have used 92 of the 100 envelopes provided. On 9 Sept 2024 I can still create envelopes with up to 30 recipients, but today (13 Sept 2024) I can only create envelopes with 10 recipients. If I enter more than 10 recipients, a notification appears saying "The recipient limit on the envelope has been exceeded" and in the 11th recipient box and so on, "There was an error saving one of your recipients. Please try again." Kindly need your advice for this matter. Thank you all!

Same issue; I’m on the Standard plan.

Hi @Aubreycorp, and @ppmotskula,

Thank you for reaching out to the Docusign Community.

Paid Docusign plans should allow you to create up to 99 recipients in a single envelope. This behavior matches the way a Free account is configured, and leads me to believe that there might be 2 accounts related to your email addresses, a paid account and a free one.

If you can’t access your second account an account administrator, or Docusign Support can assist in generating an account specific reset password email.

Feel free to let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Best regards,
