I receive an email from the creator of the document that it is complete. The email has a link to “View Completed Document.”  That’s great.  I can view it.  However, there is no link, menu, drop down, option, anything to download document.

Hello Scott,

Normally you should find the option to print or download your document at the top of the screen. I’m not sure why it’s not available in this instance.

I hope this helps.

And yet, I don’t have those controls.  I’ve tried in Chrome and Safari.  I am not originator of the document.  I am a signatory to the document, if that matters.

My headers looks like this.

The “Other Actions” drop down doesn’t include an option to download or save either.

Hi @Scott Osburne,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to confirm if you were able to solve your issue by utilizing the solution that was suggested?  If so, please mark it as the best answer by clicking “Select as Best” to make it easier for other users to find. Otherwise, the sender must have generated a custom signing session where the option to download the document is not available on the dashboard.

Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I will gladly help you address the situation as soon as possible.

Best regards,

Alejandro, I received zero responses to my issue and Adobe provides ZERO to support.  So, I still have the same issue: after a document is fully signed and I receive an email informing me, I am NOT able to print or save the signed document.

Hi @Scott Osburne,

Thank you for following up.

The missing buttons on the signing experience’s dashboard are managed by the sending account’s administrators, as part of their account’s Branding settings. The only way to workaround this behavior would be downloading the documents directly from the Docusign eSignature’s dashboard. Your documents can be downloaded in Agreements>Inbox>Download, for detailed steps on this process, see:

Download Documents

Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I will address them as soon as possible.

However, in order to do this, you must have a Docusign account connected to the email address that was used for the document.

I will contact the sending party. The need to adjust their settings to allow their customers to download and print the signed document.
