Hi, I opened a new Docusign account reflecting my new email address.  Now I’m told my old account does not exist and I can’t access any of the documents from mu old account.  What can I do?

 

@Beataw - Are your accounts part of an enterprise account?  If they are, you will still be able to access them.   If not, there might be limited options but would need to know more about the status of the original account. 


Thank you. I don’t know what an enterprise account is, so I’m guessing my account was not part of one. DocuSign is just telling me my account doesn't exist.  I used the account for many years and might have had 100 transactions. What might my options be?


@Beataw  - Are you able to sign in to DocuSign using the previous email address if you know the password.  How long ago was the change?
