You can, as the sender, lock the recipient's name which would not allow the change of the name inputted by the sender, if the recipient has a DocuSign account they can delete the signature that was created for them during that signing process and create a new one with the right name. In case the recipient doesn't have an active DocuSign account, they would need to contact customer support to have their recipient account (which is a placeholder account that DocuSign creates in the backend to store the signature and that the recipients do not have access to) completely closed so that the email can be freed up for a new signature adoption.
