Is there a way to have multiple sigures available on one form?  while also not making every single signature mandatory to complete the document?  For example, a consent form that is used for either adults or children who need parents/gurdians to sign a differnet line for their children or wards.  Thanks!

Hello,

Thank you for posting to DocuSign's Community.

You can request signatures from multiple parties by including more than one Recipient when creating your Envelope. The following link will illustrate the process in detail:(https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-add-recipients) Add Recipients

When placing fields on the document, each Recipient will have a dedicated color for their respective fields, to help keep things organized, and you will be able to mark certain fields as being "required" or "optional".

Further information can be found by clicking the links below:(https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-add-fields) Add Fields to Documents (https://support.docusign.com/en/guides/ndse-user-guide-optional-fields) Optional Fields

I realize this is an old post - but when I click the links provided, my system just hangs. With the aid of this post, I was able to create a document that requires multiple signatures. The first recipient has signed the document. The 2nd recipient has not received any information the document. I've been searching the community for assistance, but have only found this one that comes close to my situation. Thanks in advance for any help & direction.
