Hi, we’re three employees under a standard plan. One of the employees has another free account that he wants to merge. How can we do it?

Under his free account, he has multiple signed agreements he’d like to transfer to the paid account and then close the free account.

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Unfortunately, Docusign does not have a way to merge accounts or transfer envelopes from one account to another unless the account is under an Organization (this is a paid feature available for direct account) and the accounts are on the same site. I recommend the user downloads any needed documents and store them in their private device to later close their account.
