Dear all, 

As admin I need to update several users with their shared access. 

Is it possible to do it in bulk ?

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunately what I understand from this link I used before is that Shared access are not listed in the Acceptable column header values for the user updates CSV file

What I would suggest is that you update the Permissions for them so that you can then manage the users and profiles better.  

So when you have a new users that requires the Shared Access add them to the Shared Access Permissions sets.

You can take an existing Permission Set copy and then amend as required.

I apologize for the inconvenience, this is a follow-up on your post, I understand that you want to set the Shared Access in bulk.

 

Unfortunately, this option is not currently available.

 

You will need to do it manually.

 

However, any feedback that can improve our users’ experience is always more than welcome. 

 

If you’re a DocuSign Administrator for a corporate plan, you have the additional option of filing your request directly when you’re logged into your account. You’ll be able to click the “Give Feedback” button at the bottom of the screen to submit your idea.

 

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account. Or, visit our Plans and Pricing web page for more details on the features included with your plan. Compare eSignature plans & pricing.
