Is it possible to prevent the signer from receiving a copy of the document once the flow is completed?

Question

We are using the e-signature but we only want the last person in the flow to receive a copy. How can we prevent any other signers to receive a copy once the flow is completed?Many thanks

Hello,Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.There is no option to fully remove the option to have a copy of the envelope, you can edit the Delivery Settings in the signing settings to remove the option to include the completed document in the completion email, but if the recipient has an account they can get a copy or access the link to sign and download a copy from there.Let us know if you need further assistance with this.Best regards,Christopher |DocuSign Community Moderator"Select as Best"below if you find the answer a valid solution to your issue.
