Attached is a picture of my home screen. From the YouTube videos I've watched, there should be a "NEW" button... right?
I just joined DocuSign and when I log in there is no place to upload a new file. What am I doing wrong?

Mandy, in your case I recommend contacting the person who invited you to the account and confirming that you have the correct permissions to send envelopes.
