I have sent a docusign out with 2 additional contacts as "needing to view". The contacts needing to view haven't received the document.
Will they only receive the document once the signatory has signed?

If you had set a signing order for your envelope, the order in which the notifications will be delivered will be the same as the order you set for your recipients.

In the case that you have not set a signing order for your envelope, you can advise your recipients to look into the guide provided below, which lists the most common reasons why someone might not receive emails from DocuSign.

if any of the contacts fail to log-in DocuSign and view the document, it will delay the processing of the document under a set signing order. Otherwise, if signing order isn't set and the recipients failed to receive the notification email, then have the recipients check their "junk email folder". It may have been treated as spam email and sent to the wrong folder depending upon the settings of their system.
