I DO NOT HAVE THE OPTION TO ADD MY VAT INFORMATION ON THE BILLING SECTION

I WANT TO ADD MY VAT INFORMATION, BUT I HAVE READ THE “SUPPORT”. IT MENTIONS WHEW YOUR INFORMATION OF  BILLING IS, YOU CAN EDIT IT AND ADD  YOUR VAT NUMB ER, HOWEVER, WHEN I GET TO THE BILLING PART, I DO NOT HAVE ANY BUTTON THAT ENABLES EDITING ON THIS PART. AS THIS IS A FISCAL MUST HAVE IN MY COUNTRY, I REALLY NEED IT, CAN SOMEBODY HELP???

You may try to follow the steps on this link to add your VAT number:  Add a VAT or GST Number to Accounts

If you are still unable to add it yourself, we recommend submitting a support case. Our support team can help you with adding the VAT number.
