I’m trying to send a document for signature, but the system is autofilling my signers title, which has chanaged.
I cannot figure out how to turn off the autofill. Help appreciated!

Hello
So you can not get the option to turn off the autofill tittle but you have some other options to achieve:
1. You can edit the title and type in their which you want to adopt.
2. you can update the title from your my profile section called “Contact Information”

The title is taken from the recipients Docusign account, if you leverage the the “title” field. The recipient is able to update the outdated title with the new one when signing.
