You can apply changes to any envelope or recipient that has not been marked as completed.
Once a recipient completes their action (or the envelope), the system will not accept any further alterations, even if the recipient is the same as the sender. Otherwise, you would need to create a new envelope with the changes and send it out for signature again.

If you’re not able to open a Customer Support case via the above link, scroll down further on the page to “More Support Options” and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." You will have different options to contact Support.
