How to display print & sign in dropdown option

If you are an account admin please confirm that you have the option "Allow recipients to sign on paper" enabled on your account signing settings in the Admin tab, if you are not the admin, please reach out to them.

Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in specific Docusign plans. Your account plan might not support some of the options discussed in this help topic. Contact your account administrator for more information about which options are available for your account.
