I sent the docusign which has 4 signatories. 3 have signed already, but fourth (final one) is on annual leave, however I need the document signed asap and waiting for them to come back of leave will be too late. Can the document signatory be changed even though others have signed already?

You can apply changes to any envelope or recipient that has not been marked as completed.
Once a recipient completes their action (or the envelope), the system will not accept any further alterations.
