Hello community! I wanted to ask the following question - I have a travel form I am wanting to turn into a template. The form would be accessed by the traveller. They would fill out all appropriate fields and once completed, it would then be sent to the signer for review/signature. Could anyone assist me on how to create these steps in the template?

I understand you are looking for the steps on how to create a template that will split your document fields between 2 recipients, and I will provide you with the steps to set this up.
To help our customers automate recurring tasks, DocuSign eSignature offers the option to create templates of your most used documents and forms. Any user with Template permissions will be able to create templates.
For this scenario in particular, you will want to create 2 recipient roles, one for the traveler, and one for the signer. Once that is taken care of, you will be able to assign them the necessary fields during the document tagging step of the template creation process.

If you don’t see Templates in your menu tab, you’ll have to contact the DocuSign Admin at your company and ask that your User Profile be updated. If you don’t know who your admin is, please contact your IT department or your Help Desk.
