I am a frequent user of Docusign and it is the first time I am receiving this message after reviewing the document sent by someone for signature, initialling it, signing it and clicking on “Continue”.

I have asked the sender several times to re-send the link and the message keeps popping every time.

I have tried changing browsers and using a mobile interface… same again!

Any idea anyone?

I am getting the same error. The console shows the following error message when hitting the “Continue” button just before showing the “Signature can’t be started” message:

Uncaught DOMException: Permission denied to get property "href" on cross-origin object

so it looks like a CORS issue.


It appears the issue has been resolved, I’m able to sign the document now.
