Entering in Phone number not working

I am sorry to hear that you are unsure about what phone number format to follow in the document you are signing, but I will point you to the best path to solve the issue.

The text box’s validation for phone numbers is customized by the envelope sender. Taking this into consideration, they will be in the best position to assist you in confirming the appropriate format to complete the field, or disable the field’s validation rule altogether.

It seems like there are issues with some of the number series used during registration. Fortunately, I have two different numbers, and after struggling for quite a while, I started searching for others experiencing the same problem. It turns out that many people are facing similar issues! For me, the solution was as simple as trying a different phone number, but not everyone has that option.

I appreciate you helping out our Community members by letting them know of this issue. However, the case described by ​@SunnyJohar differs to yours in that he was referring to the phone number format to be used within a field in an envelope’s signing session, not during user activation.
