I was asked to sign a document by someone and one of the questions is asking for my phone number. I don’t understand what format they want me to enter the phone number in. I have tried entering it in normally and with dashes. The sample format they gave me was #, # # #. ##. which makes no sense.

The text box’s validation for phone numbers is customized by the envelope sender. Taking this into consideration, they will be in the best position to assist you in confirming the appropriate format to complete the field, or disable the field’s validation rule altogether.
