Electronic record and signature disclosure

When sending out a request for signature, the first thing the customer sees is a checkbox where he accepts the electronic record and signature disclosure.

Although it is stated in dutch (for my example) or in the customer's language, whenever he clicks on it, the agreement itself is in english.

According to local Belgian laws this makes the whole signing of the agreement void.... Can't this also be in the langua of the viewer?
