When I receive an email on a docusign form, it does not show my signature. It just says “Docusign” in cursive. I thought that it might just be that I haven't signed into my account. So I log in but when I open the file from my email it still shows the docusign signature. Please advise.  

@reyncad If you are opening an Envelope and the Signature appears as something like “DocuSign”, then it is possible there is a saved Signature that is being used as the default Signature. Login and go to the Profile Pic in the upper right then select Manage Profile, go to “Signatures on the left and see if there are multiple or if there is one that is there that needs to be deleted.
