I have just updated my account from monthly to annual and discovered the branding functionality has been locked (with no warning). On investigation I have been told this functionality is now only available to enterprise customers paying four figures a month.
For small businesses this greatly reduces the value of platform and is a huge change to bring in without any kind of communication.
Very disappointing.
Hopefully this is something the platform will reconsider
