The “add new template” button is not there on my DocuSign account. I am the sole admin for my agency so it’s not like I can ask someone else to grant me permission. All the help posts I have read suggest you check with your admin. I am the admin. Please help!

@KellyK - Are you saying that when you go to Templates you don’t have these options? 

Would you have access to other accounts where you are not the Admin?
