Document accessible in DocuSign

I have created a Template/Powerform that 1 Department will be using to send to recipients often. Is there a place inside of DocuSign to house this original form to Upload and send to the recipient rather than store it on each sender's desktop?

Is there a reason you need to upload the document each time? If you create a template with that document, the template will store the document and you can start new envelopes from that template.
