Thank you for reaching back and clarifying, the screenshot really helped.
Unfortunately, stamps at the moment is not supported on the mobile app. However, if your plan is Business Pro or higher it should include this. If you do have one of the mentioned plans, do you see the option if you use a laptop/desktop? If not, it might not be enabled on the back end, therefore, it would be best to open a support case to have it enabled.
If you are not one of those plans, I recommend you upgrade to a plan that does include it: Stamps
