Date setting not upating

The default date Month/day/Year is confusing ie in New Zealand we a day month year I have tried many times in setting to change this to DAY/MONTH/YEAR

 

TEAMS  we are looking at setting up I have an account am I admin?… I cant see share template

Also tried to share a template with with my PA how has a month trial and her name and email cant be found

Related to the date format, there is a date format in the user interface, which can be in the Settings → Regional settings, as described in this Docusign Support article.

Also there is the “date signed” format, which can be configured under Settings → Signing Settings:

If you want to share a template with a different user they need to be in the same Docusign eSignature account. If you are both on a trial version those are separate accounts and you cannot share templates between different Docusign eSignature accounts.
