My DocuSign witness completed his details but the system did not send him/his phone failed to accept the access numerical sequence. He re-tried a number of times and he is no longer available to witness. So’ I need to replace him with a new witness but there is no facility when I access the document for me to change anything as I have already signed and completed my part. Any clues on how to change the witness or do we need to start the whole process again with my lawyers issuing a new document for me to sign again?

I’m sorry to hear that there id no option to change the witness on your side, I understand the witness was blocked and you are in the need to change them.

 

To better assist you, can you clarify some information?

 

Are you the sender of the envelope? If so, do you have the option to correct the envelope? If not, have you contacted the Sender?

sorry missed your previous reply. We couldn’t find a way to change the witness so restarted the process with the new one. All well and signing completed thanks
