I set up a 2-signor signature form pdf that is initiated by smartsheets.
The test of the docusign presents with my personal name “Leslie has sent you a document to review and sign” and includes my email.
I need to change that.

To change information on the email notification that the signer receives to sign, you would need to access the Email Resource Files (you would need to be an admin) and edit the envelope activation section: Resource Files
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. For more information about which options are available for your account, contact your account administrator.
