Hi,
I was invited to sign a document. I had no account at that moment. Accidentally I chose a custom signature. I couldn't change it since I wasn't registered. I finished the document, signed up, changed my signature and initials and now I can't enter the document to use my changed signature and initials. The document is still waiting for three other people to sign.
How can I re-sign the document with my new signature?

If you've already completed your recipient portion the Sender would need to add you back in as another recipient with a new signature field. Or cancel and send a new envelope. Either way contact the Sender and they should be able to take care of you.
