I think you are trying to contact the sender of the documents.
DocuSign owns the Digital Transaction Management services for facilitating electronic exchanges of contracts and signed documents. But the Sender owns the documents for the actual transaction.
It is similar to mailing a letter. You do not contact the Post Office, but the sender.
Please contact the sender to add your info to the application.
