If I edit the template that is assigned to a Powerform AFTER I copy the URL do I need to create the URL again? Like does the edit in the Template change the URL ?

Typically I suggest a 1 to 1 situation in which there is 1 Powerform to the Template but there can be reasons for several Powerforms, such as wanting to track the responses to several Powerform links that are placed in different web locations. Also creating a new Powerform to track a new period of time such as a Semester.
