@Kerrilynne Edits to the Template will automatically adjust the associated Powerform, there is no need to deactivate and reactivate the current Powerform or delete and create a new Powerform.

Typically I suggest a 1 to 1 situation in which there is 1 Powerform to the Template but there can be reasons for several Powerforms, such as wanting to track the responses to several Powerform links that are placed in different web locations.  Also creating a new Powerform to track a new period of time such as a Semester.
