The feedback I previously shared was truly taken seriously. The Partner Support Team reached out to me directly and scheduled a meeting last Thursday to go over the concerns I had raised.

I was genuinely impressed by the speed and execution — the meeting was arranged quickly, showing not only strong responsiveness but also how much DocuSign values partner feedback. As a partner, this level of attention and respect is very encouraging.

During the meeting, we saw real improvements in support processes. For example, we were introduced to a new escalation form for urgent partner cases. After my colleague tested it, the result was exactly what we were hoping for — a more efficient and timely response.
