Can anyone guide me how to use Maestro - initiating a workflow for self service forms?

I understand you are looking for information on how to use our new product Maestro to create a workflow.

 

Please note that Maestro is only available for IAM plans: IAM plans

 

To create a workflow in Maestro you need to:

 

  1. Review the information on creating a basic workflow.
  2. Gather information on the participants who will be involved in the agreement process.
  3. Determine the data that will be required at runtime for the workflow.
  4. Decide if you want to start the agreement process by sending an email invitation to a participant.
  5. Consider if you want to gather data from participants using a stand-alone web form.
  6. Decide if you want to include an identity verification step for participants.
  7. Select the template you want to use in the agreement process.
  8. Decide if you want to use a branching rule in your workflow.
  9. Watch the video on creating agreement workflows for further guidance.
