When you sign an envelope the Sender's signing settings take over. The DocuSign default settings for signing are controlled by the admin of the sending account.
We have a feature called Signature Adoption Configuration, with that option, the Admin of the sender account can specify which signing modes are available (only style selection or draw signature) for the recipients.
If they have it set up to not allow recipients to upload their signature, you as the recipient will need to follow the requirement imposed by them.
Please keep in mind that if you require the Upload signature for this particular envelope, you will need to contact the sender and have them reach out to the admin of their account.

If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.

Thanks for your response for my query.
Basis the shared information, I don't see an option "Signature adoption settings" under signature in my account. My profile is DS Admin and still I am not able to view this option.
Please let me know how can I get the upload signature option visible to all the recipients.

Since this is the DS Admin account, how would I as a sender reach out admin.

The DocuSign default settings for signing are controlled by the admin of the sending account through the signature adoption configuration settings.
The Signature Adoption Configuration feature is only available in certain paid plans, if you do not see the feature by going to Settings> Signing settings and you recently changed your plan the feature could've been disabled, to verify if the feature is included in your current plan you will need to contact our DocuSign Support team by creating a case.
Please keep in mind that available options may vary based on your account plan and selected payment method. Your account plan might not support some options. For more information about which options are available for your account, you can review your account plan with your Account Team or contact DocuSign customer support.

I have the same problem with a client. The plan that they have is a Standar license. They doesnt have that option neither. Is it possible to get avaible the option to upload the sign?? or because the plan wont be avaible anymore??

Thank you for reaching out to the DocuSign Community.
The signing modes available (style selection, upload, and draw signature) for the recipients when they are signing an envelope depend on the settings set on the Sender account.
If you are the sender, as well as the admin you will be able to navigate to the Settings tab> Signing settings> Signature Adoption Configuration
In the configuration, you can set the modes available for your signers
Bear in mind that the feature is only available in certain paid plans, if you do not see the feature by going to Settings> Signing settings and you recently changed your plan the feature could've been disabled, to verify if the feature is included in your current plan you will need to contact our DocuSign Support team by creating a case.

Hi, I also have the same problem with my clients when I send documents to them, there is no option for them to upload their signature after they used the auto signature once. then you help?
