Can we disable to show/download certificate of completion to specific signers who're not members of the account?

Hello!

Is it possible to disable "show certificate of completion" only for specific signers?

For example, is it possible to configure an envelope to meet the following two requirements?

Allow Signer1 (a member of the account) and Signer2 (Not a member of the account) to show the certificate of completion
NOT allow Signer3 show the certificate of completion

Hello,Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.No, currently there is no option to set this up at a signer level, this is a wide account setting.Please let us know if you need further assistance with anything else.You can create a case athttps://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupportand a Support agent will contact you, If you are not able to open the case on the same page, you should scroll down to More Support Options and select "I can't reset my password or don't have an account." you will have the option of filling out the form or calling Support.Best regards,Christopher |DocuSign Community Moderator
