After signature, I am been receiving an answer: " Unable to locate certificate on your device" . Does how to get it done

It sounds like you are​ being asked to complete a digital signature and trying to apply a digital certificate but there is no file.

When is the error message appearing and do you know who sent the document to you. Can you ask them what signature type they have asked you to use.
