I apologize for the inconvenience, I understand that you want to know if there is a possibility of transferring the eSignature license to another user.
One of the options would be to have the user that leaves the office change the email of the DocuSign account to the new user and then, when the user returns the new user will change back the email.

If an Administrator prefers more complete control over user email updates, we recommend implementing SSO. Visit our Contact Support Page and create a case to discuss enabling SSO.

Administrator workaround
If a user is unable to change their email and SSO has not been implemented, Administrators can follow these steps:
- Close the existing user
- Create a new user
- Transfer envelopes
Note: Some advanced features and options are supported only in certain DocuSign plans. Your account plan might not support some options discussed in this help topic. Thank you for reaching back, you will need to review your latest invoice and compare the number of users that you are paying with the amount that you have active. Please see Download an Invoice
You can also create a case with DocuSign Support, the support agent will provide the information.
