NEW Form completed - generic

HI

How do I get the NEW DOCUSIGN COMPLETED title changed when it comes through the agreements tab - its very confusing as all the submissions I make are listed with generic title NEW PROBITY CHECK so cant identify the file at a glance without actually having to view the doc to identify which it is.
