Good Day All.

Please help with below.

  1. I'm in urgent need of a document from January/February 2023
  2. I no longer have access to the email address (my previous employer) (work Email address) that it was sent to.
  3. I have tried using Docusign secure code to access the document with no success.
  4. I'm unsure also how to get in touch with a docusign employee to assist me. 
  5. Any advice or assistance or if a docusign employee can contact me would be very helpful.

Welcome to the Docusign Community and thank you for posting your concerns!

Unfortunately, they only way to recover an envelope as a signer is either through the email notification, directly from the account associated to the email address or requesting the sender to provide the document. Regarding reaching out to support, the best way would be to create a support case and selecting a form of contact: https://support.docusign.com/en/contactSupport
