Is there a way to combine the summary page with the signed document instead of having them separately?

Hello,

Thank you for reaching out here in the DocuSign Community.

I understand you would like to have the summary page combined with the documents.

If you are looking to have these combined as an attachment on a completed email notification, please note that it is not currently supported.

If you are looking to have them combined when downloading from your account, yes, this is possible. Please have your account admin go to:

  1. Settings
  2. Signing Settings
  3. Have them enable the option "Attach certificate of completion to envelope" under Envelope Delivery: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=fur1583277359739.html&_LANG=enus
  4. Save

Let us know if you need further assistance with this.

Hi,

I couldn’t find the option to “attach certificate of completion to envelope”. Please advise where I can find this option.

* Attach certificate of completion to envelope: When selected, when an envelope is downloaded as a Combined PDF, the Certificate of Completion is included at the end of the file. (The Certificate is always included with the Separate PDF download option.) If the setting Attach documents to completion email is also selected, the Certificate is included as a separate attachment to the completed email that is sent to senders and signers.

Here's all I see:

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

Unfortunately, I am not able to see the image you have attached. Please note that only the admin can make this change on the account, if you do not see the Settings tab next to your reports tab, then you do not have an admin permission level. If you don't know who your admin is, please reach out to your IT department or Help Desk. Below you can find the steps on where to find the setting:

  1. Settings
  2. Signing Settings
  3. Have them enable the option "Attach certificate of completion to envelope" under Envelope Delivery: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=fur1583277359739.html&_LANG=enus
  4. Save

Hi,

Do you know how I can change my permission so I can view the images?

Warmest regards,

Hello,

Thank you for reaching back.

To be able to have admin access, an already admin on your account will need to provide you with this permission set by going to:

  1. Settings
  2. Users
  3. Search for you and change your permission profile: https://support.docusign.com/s/document-item?language=en_US&bundleId=pik1583277475390&topicId=tbf1583277425453.html&_LANG=enus
