I have a xxxxxxx plan on my account and I added 2 more users on my account will I be billed?

In regards to your question, yes, you will be billed for the extra seats that were added to your account, if it is an annual plan it would be $300 per seat/users added, and if it's monthly it would $45 per seat/user added: https://www.docusign.com/plans-and-pricing
